Guest Display: James Karch’s Imperial Knights

As well as the professionally painted miniatures and dioramas, the Warhammer World Exhibition has regularly changing Guest Displays. These showcase amazing personal projects kindly loaned by fans of the hobby, and James Karch?s Imperial Knights collection is the latest Guest Display for you to see.

James wanted a very crisp and clean look to his Imperial Knights of Questor Mechanicus, Knight House Taranis, and painted them to look factory fresh, to reflect the high levels of care their Noble pilots give them.

The collection is comprised of Master Tactician Baron Cavanix, and his Knightly Vassals. James picked out Baron Cavanix with distinctive white stripes on his carapace of his Imperial Knight Warden, and white chevrons on his shield.

These are just the start of a Mars based Adeptus Mechanicus collection for James, and he’s already got plans which may mean extra miniatures added to this display over the next few months!

As well as seeing them at Warhammer World, you’ll spot Questor Mechanicus, Knight House Taranis, in the pages of an upcoming White Dwarf, engaged in a Battle Report against Dan Harden – James wouldn’t tell us who won though, so you’ll have to read your copy to find out.

Come and see James’ miniatures for yourself at the Warhammer World Exhibition, before they leave in August/September (end date TBC). Of course, you also get to see all of the other Guest Displays, thousands of our professionally painted miniatures, and around 26 specially built dioramas!
